WORSHIPFUL MASTER’S MESSAGE

WORSHIPFUL BROTHER RUSSELL E FUSCIA JR.

Dear Brethren

Our trip to England to our sister lodge St. Augustine was great. Our Brethren there couldn't do enough to make our stay for us and our wives more enjoyable. They really know how to make you feel welcomed. We also got to visit their Grand Lodge which at that time they were doing a movie set in there. Very interesting to see how beautiful, each room is and how much history is there to learn.

We must say thanks to All our Brethren at St. Augustine. David Jones, Garry Holman, Mike Saunders, Les Hickford and Chris Walton who made this trip most memorable. And thanks to our members who put on an impressive degree while we were there, Harold and Bill Jennings and David Downing.

(Don't forget the Brit's will be back).

The widow's and widower's dinner was a great success; there were 15 that showed up for the theme of the Hawaiian Lula. What a treat seeing them dance with their grass skirts. They all came prepared; wearing outfits for the Lula. Our Eastern Star Matron Betsey and I prepared a skit and helped to demonstrate how to do the graceful dance of the Hawaiians!!!!!! You had to be there to appreciate the laughs.

Thank you Debbie and Linda for all the work you put into setting it all up, the decorating and food preparation was great and for the ladies who did clean up: Great Job.

Our degree work for the month of May was fantastic. You couldn't ask for a better entered apprentice degree and our Master Mason degree was one of the best I have seen in a long time. None of this could be done if all of our officers and Past Masters and members weren't involved, Thanks to all. We still have a lot of work to go for June we will be doing two Fellow Craft degrees and an Entered Apprentice degree.

Make sure you check the trestle board calendar for the dates.

The Lodge Picnic this year will be a joint venture between us and the Eastern Star and it will be held at the Worshipful Master's house on July 22nd. 12 Noon to 5PM. There is a swimming pool, so bring a bathing suit and towel also a lawn chair and be prepared to have some fun. Please call Russ or Linda at 856-629-3379 to let us know how many will be coming.

Fraternally yours:

WB Russell E Fuscia Jr.                    Worshipful Master
