WORSHIPFUL MASTER’S MESSAGE

WB WILLIAM L DORMAN JR.

Brethren

It is a wonderful thing to see the brethren working together with the OES making things happen in and around the lodge. I want to thank you all for the work day and all that was accomplished that day.  The kitchen ceiling is started.  The "Spring Fling / Beef and Beer” was great fun for all. The evening of making the food and getting everything ready was a very busy but fun time as well. Things are moving forward with the efforts of many. The Widows and Widowers Tea was a very pleasant event for those that were able to attend. A very cheery day. We are still waiting to here from the State regarding our license for our fund raising plans. I know that this too will be very successful with all those who have already stepped up to pledge their support of the events. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

As summer approaches and we do not meet in July and August it is important to stay in touch with each other.  Keep your eyes and ears open for any thing that may be needed by our fellow brethren while we are away from each other.  Safe travels and enjoy making memories with you loved ones. May God bless and be with you all.

*** Note September 18. 2007 will be another Master Mason Degree night.  All sitting officers are asked to be prepared to do their part in the degree. We will have two rehearsals for that night to help everyone be ready. (dates to be announced)  ***

WB William L. Dorman Jr.                    Worshipful Master

LODGE BULLETIN BOARD

From the West

I would like to thank all of the people who helped out on work day and with making our "Spring Fling" a success. Special thanks to everyone who made a donation to the cooler of cheer or the Chinese auction and to everyone who helped out at the event, I really appreciate the effort put in to make it successful. A special thank you to the ladies from The Eastern Star for the homemade salads and baked dishes.

Another special thank you goes out to Ken Brennan who helped set up the hall, shopped for food with me and did a lot of little odds and ends.

Thanks Mike Brennan Jr.                                 Senior Warden
